Murphy's Law in action:
HUGE earthquake in Peru. My house's buyer is Peruvian. He's going to run down there to check on some friends, family, property, etc. He says everyone he knows is okay, but he needs to go down for a week or so. ...sigh... Just gotta wait it out. What's next, locust?
