WAITING FOR THE OTHER SHOE.....
I gave the buyers the counter offer written up by the attorney yesterday afternoon. They have until 5pm today to answer. If they don't call by tomorrow morning, I'll call them. Cross your fingers....and toes. Oh, also, the house smells like dead rat right now. Horrifying, I know, but I think live rat is worse. I wonder if spraying the hallway with Febreeze will kill the odor?
