De-stressing Recipe:
1 roll Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
or
1 can Pillsbury milk chocolate cake frosting
1 bottle Bordeaux (no crap)
1 lg. spoon
1 proper tulip shaped glass
1 horror movie on DVD
If you need instructions on how to use the above, you have problems even this recipe can't solve.
I, on the other hand, will be breaking out these items about once a week until the movers come to pack my stuff into a 20 ft container and haul it down to Costa Rica. About 48 hours after my stuff leaves, so will I.
Yes, it's true. Finally. I'm getting out of my 3BR/2BA, CBS hell-hole. It won't be soon enough though. Like everything else in this saga of mine, this is going to be an excruciatingly slow exit. So, to make it seem like there's light at the end of my tunnel, I'll be counting the days and boring myself and whoever reads this with the litany of things, great and small, that have to be done between now and then.
Right now, however, I'm off to the Museum to make myself useful and help decorate the place for the yearly "Spooky Adventures" event. After that, I'm going to come home and pack a box or two and then, after the kid goes nighty-night, I'm gonna take out my de-stressing items and watch Saw. Yep. This is going to be a loooooooong 53 days.
